We can install on non-match days and complete commissioning the next business day. Plan for 2-3 day buffer in the downtown core during this window.

Manual J load calculation (ACCA standard). Rule-of-thumb (35-45 BTU/sq ft for typical Toronto detached) is acceptable for rough estimate; we always run a proper Manual J before ordering equipment.
