Complete Kitchen Renovation in Vaughan

Full kitchen transformation including custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, backsplash tiling, new flooring, and updated plumbing and electrical.

Challenge

The homeowner wanted a modern open-concept kitchen but the existing layout had a load-bearing wall separating the kitchen from the dining area.

Solution

Our team installed a structural beam to safely remove the wall, then redesigned the kitchen with an island, new cabinetry, quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, and engineered hardwood flooring. All plumbing and electrical were updated to code.

Result

A bright, modern open-concept kitchen that increased the home's value by an estimated $40,000. The project was completed on time and on budget.

โ€œThey transformed our outdated kitchen into exactly what we envisioned. Professional from start to finish.โ€

Master Bathroom Renovation in Toronto

Complete master bathroom overhaul including walk-in shower, new vanity, heated floors, and modern tile work throughout.

Challenge

The 1970s bathroom had outdated plumbing, no ventilation fan, and the existing bathtub was too large for the homeowner's mobility needs.

Solution

Replaced the bathtub with a barrier-free walk-in shower with glass enclosure, installed a new double vanity, heated tile floors, proper exhaust ventilation, and LED pot lights. All plumbing brought up to current code.

Result

An accessible, spa-like bathroom that the homeowner can safely use for years to come. The heated floors and walk-in shower were game-changers for daily comfort.

โ€œThe bathroom feels like a luxury hotel now. The heated floors were the best decision we made.โ€

Basement Finishing & Legal Suite in Mississauga

Converting an unfinished basement into a legal secondary suite with bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and separate entrance.

Challenge

The basement had low ceilings (7'2"), moisture issues, and no separate entrance โ€” all critical requirements for a legal secondary suite in Mississauga.

Solution

Waterproofed the foundation walls, installed weeping tile and sump pump, underpinned footings to gain ceiling height, built full bathroom with shower, kitchenette with dedicated circuits, bedroom with egress window, and separate side entrance. All permits pulled and inspections passed.

Result

A fully legal basement apartment generating $1,800/month in rental income. The project paid for itself within 2 years. All building permits closed and final inspection passed.

โ€œFrom an empty concrete space to a beautiful rental unit. They handled every trade and all the permits. Incredible ROI.โ€

Full Home Renovation in Richmond Hill

Complete renovation of a 1980s split-level home: kitchen, two bathrooms, all flooring, interior painting, and electrical panel upgrade.

Challenge

A dated 1980s home needed modernization throughout while the family continued living in the house during renovation.

Solution

Phased the project room-by-room to maintain livability. Started with the kitchen, then bathrooms, then flooring and painting throughout. Upgraded the electrical panel from 100A to 200A to support modern appliances and EV charger.

Result

A completely modernized home that looks and functions like new construction. The family was able to stay throughout with minimal disruption thanks to our phased approach.

โ€œ10 weeks and our entire house was transformed. They worked room by room so we never had to move out. Outstanding team.โ€

Custom Composite Deck & Pergola in Oakville

400 sq ft composite deck with built-in seating, pergola, and LED lighting. Multi-level design with stairs to the backyard.

Challenge

The sloped backyard required a multi-level deck design with proper drainage and frost-depth footings for Ontario winters.

Solution

Designed a two-level composite deck with Trex decking, aluminum railings, a cedar pergola for shade, integrated LED strip lighting, and built-in bench seating with hidden storage. All footings poured below frost line.

Result

A stunning outdoor living space that extends the home's usable area by 400 sq ft. The composite material requires zero maintenance โ€” no staining, no sealing, no splinters.

โ€œBest investment we made in our home. We practically live on the deck all summer now.โ€
