The primary challenge was executing a dust-controlled popcorn ceiling removal across 1500 sqft while maintaining a clean living space. Achieving a flawless Level 5 finish required meticulous preparation and precise application, demanding a high degree of craftsmanship to avoid any imperfections.

Solution

Our team meticulously scraped the existing popcorn texture, followed by two coats of premium drywall compound. We applied a Level 5 finish using USG Sheetrock brand all-purpose compound, ensuring a uniformly smooth surface ready for paint. This technique eliminates all surface imperfections for a truly high-end aesthetic.
