Integrating multiple smart home ecosystems (Lutron, Ring, Yale, Ecobee) on a tight two-day schedule required careful planning to avoid compatibility conflicts. Ensuring stable Wi-Fi coverage for all devices across the property presented an initial hurdle, necessitating a robust network assessment.

Solution

We installed Lutron Caseta smart switches for comprehensive lighting control, a Ring Video Doorbell Pro for enhanced security, and a Yale Assure Lock for keyless entry. The Ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium was implemented for intelligent climate management, all connected via a robust Wi-Fi mesh network and adhering to Ontario Electrical Safety Code (OESC) requirements for all wiring modifications.
