Challenge

Navigating the strict condo board approval process, including specific work-hour restrictions and material delivery protocols, posed initial logistical hurdles. The confined footprint of the existing bathroom also presented a significant design and installation challenge for integrating premium features without sacrificing usability.

Solution

We implemented a custom curbless walk-in shower with a linear drain to enhance accessibility and visual space, paired with a custom floating vanity for a minimalist aesthetic. A Schluter-DITRA-HEAT system was installed under large format porcelain tiles for luxurious radiant floor heating, meeting OBC plumbing codes for drain access and waterproofing standards.

Result

The renovation successfully transformed a dated bathroom into a contemporary oasis, significantly increasing the unit's market appeal and daily comfort.
