Asbestos Abatement Coordination in East Gwillimbury

A DSS is a pre-renovation building inspection that identifies designated substances (asbestos, lead, mercury, silica, and others) under Ontario Regulation 278/05 and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Most home insurance excludes asbestos remediation from standard coverage; if a worker is exposed during your unpermitted reno, the homeowner is on the hook.
