Challenge

Replacing a 1960s 100A panel involved navigating outdated wiring and limited space while ensuring full compliance with current electrical safety codes. Coordinating the Alectra Utilities service upgrade and securing all necessary permits within the tight 2-day project timeline required precise scheduling and execution.

Solution

We installed a new Siemens 200A main breaker panel, meticulously upgrading all associated feeders and wiring to meet ESA 2021 code requirements for enhanced safety and capacity. A Tesla Wall Connector was mounted and wired to a dedicated 60A breaker, with rough-in completed for a second EV circuit as per client future-proofing requests.
