Solution

Handled all condo board paperwork and approvals upfront. Scheduled noisy demolition and tiling work within allowed hours. Installed a modern kitchen with quartz counters, renovated the bathroom with walk-in shower, laid new engineered hardwood throughout, built custom floor-to-ceiling storage in the bedroom, and painted the entire unit.
