Multi-Room Renovation in Oakville

Renovated the kitchen, family room, powder room, and laundry room in a phased approach while the family remained in the home. Included new flooring, lighting, and paint throughout.

Challenge

Four interconnected rooms needed renovation simultaneously but the family of five — including a newborn — could not move out. Every phase had to maintain access to essential living areas.

Solution

Created a phased schedule: Week 1-3 kitchen demo and rebuild, Week 3-4 powder room, Week 4-6 family room and laundry, Week 6-8 flooring and paint throughout. Set up a temporary kitchen in the dining room during kitchen renovation. Installed dust barriers between work areas and living spaces.

Result

Four beautifully renovated rooms with cohesive design throughout. The family stayed home the entire time with minimal disruption. The temporary kitchen setup meant they never missed a meal.
