Challenge

The primary challenge involved carefully removing extensively deteriorated wooden fascia and soffit components without damaging the existing siding. We also had to ensure precise pitch alignment for optimal water flow, especially with multiple roofline transitions across the property.

Solution

Our team installed new 0.027 gauge white aluminum eavestroughs and custom-bent fascia to perfectly match the home's exterior. We integrated continuous T-Rex gutter guards from Alu-Rex for superior leaf protection and durability. All new soffit panels were vented for improved attic air circulation.

Result

The replacement significantly boosted the home's curb appeal and structural integrity by eliminating water overflow issues. The new system ensures efficient drainage, reducing the risk of foundation damage and requiring 75% less maintenance effort annually for the homeowner.
