Challenge

The primary challenge involved integrating the new high-efficiency exhaust and intake PVC lines through the exterior wall while adhering to TSSA gas codes without compromising the home's aesthetics. Additionally, existing ductwork required significant modifications to optimize airflow for the new, more powerful unit.

Solution

We installed a Lennox ML296V 96% AFUE two-stage furnace, ensuring all gas and venting lines met TSSA B149.1-15 code requirements. Extensive custom ductwork adjustments were performed to improve air distribution, complemented by a smart Wi-Fi enabled thermostat for precise, remote climate control.
