Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring Installation in Brampton

Installed 1,500 sq ft of waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the main floor and basement of a family home with pets and kids.

Challenge

The family needed a flooring solution that could withstand two large dogs, three young kids, and the moisture-prone basement — all while looking like real hardwood.

Solution

Selected a 7mm SPC luxury vinyl plank with attached underlayment in a wide-plank oak pattern. Levelled the basement floor with self-levelling compound, installed moisture barrier in the basement, and click-locked the planks throughout with proper expansion gaps. Added new quarter-round trim throughout.

Result

Beautiful, realistic wood-look flooring that is completely waterproof, scratch-resistant, and comfortable underfoot. After six months with dogs and kids, not a single mark.
